Our partners lead our Asset Property Management services and tailor these to your requirements, offering a comprehensive, ‘hands-on’ approach. We understand the importance of generating maximum returns from your property assets through active asset management and controlling expenditure and risk.
We manage tenanted and vacant commercial property and development sites. These range from small retail and industrial units to a large distribution warehouse, multi let industrial estates and a headquarters office building. We look after property throughout the UK and have built up a network of reliable contractors to support us.
We undertake regular property inspections, (usually 6 monthly) and provide clients with detailed property inspections reports which identify any repairs or issues that need to be addressed. We liaise with our tenants to ensure that we have a good working relationship with them as we are aware that property management is a partnership.
We deal with the collection of rent, insurance and service charges. We also take responsibility for all Landlord and Tenant matters arising in respect of our managed properties, including lease renewals, rent reviews, Licences for Alterations and Assignments and ensuring that tenants comply with their lease covenants on behalf of our clients.
The vacant properties and sites we manage bring risks and we reduce these by obtaining risk assessment reports from specialists and implementing their recommendations. We deal with health and safety compliance and arrange regular security inspections when required. We also have contractors who can install mobile alarms to protect vulnerable properties.
