We acted for Tesco on the disposal of a technically challenging 4.4 acre site considered suitable for residential, care home, retail and/or employment uses to Rose Builders following a full marketing campaign.
Marketing advice provided to Tesco Stores Ltd on the freehold sale of a former car showroom occupying a prominent 0.75 acre site adjacent to the Tesco foodstore at Wellingborough. Various offers were received and terms were agreed for a freehold sale to Lok n’ Store for the redevelopment of the site for a high profile prominent self-storage unit.
