We actively asset manage a Business Park comprising five BI Office units, a retail unit and 20 industrial units let to a variety of tenants. We collect the rents and insurance premiums and administer the service charge.

Since our client acquired the Estate in September 2015 we have added value by upgrading the estate through regular maintenance visits to improve the landscaping and environment. We have re-geared a number of the existing tenant’s leases and let the vacant units and have even let the storage land and a portable cabin to maximise income and increase the Capital Value.
